2025 Marching Band Information Meeting

Happy April! It’s hard to believe that it is time to start marching band already, but here we are!

If your child plans to be in marching band for the 2025 season, or if they’re even thinking about being in the marching band, please join us on April 15, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the band room for our annual Parent/Information Meeting.

Marching Band season typically begins with lots of questions: When is band camp? How many competitions are we going to? Are we traveling? How much does this cost? We are going to answer all of those questions and more at this meeting. Please make plans to attend! This is a crucial first step in the marching band process and we need everyone there to take it together.

Booster Meeting: Prior to the information meeting, we will hold our monthly booster meeting. At this meeting, we’ll discuss plans for next year and the restructuring of the booster board responsibilities. A strong booster organization is vital to any marching band’s success. Please attend, encourage other parents to attend, and find out about ways to help the band and orchestra program over the course of next school year! The meeting will begin at 5:30 pm promptly.
