All-State Auditions Itinerary 3/8/2025

Location: Gilbert High School (Gilbert, AZ)

7:30 am- Band Room opens

7:50 am- Mini Bus departs for Gilbert HS

10:15 am- Arrive; orchestra students dropped off @ Gilbert High School

• Band students will travel to local fast food restaurant for breakfast/lunch
• Orchestra students will be brought lunch after auditions.

11:45 am- Band students arrive at Gilbert High School

11:50 am- check-in; report to warm-up room

3:30 pm- final Cienega audition is complete; load bus; depart for CHS

5:45 pm- Arrive at CHS; dismissed

Students should dress professionally and bring cash/card for lunch. All students should bring their instrument, music, and other necessary tools (mallets, reeds, etc.) for their audition.
