Band/Orchestra Camp COVID-19 Mitigation Plan

Hello all,
I hope this email finds you well. I write to inform you of our plan to proceed with our annual band and orchestra camp under the current COVID-19 circumstances. The Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA), the governing body for all school athletics and activities recently published a set of recommended guidelines for the return to athletic activity. A link to these guidelines is attached below. 
In accordance with these guidelines and other resources that have been shared among music educators, I’ve worked closely with Mr. Kelly Hadden and our administrative team to devise this plan which will serve as our guide for proceeding with summer activities. If there are any questions, comments, or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach me at the following email:
