All volunteer spots are filled - thank you to everyone who has volunteered this season and supported the band!!

Band Student Schedule:

CALL TIME: 9:00 AM

Lunch will be provided by boosters before leaving on the bus to Phoenix

Cienega is set to perform at 5:50 PM - recommend arriving at least 1 hour before to park, purchase tickets and get seated.  

Awards 9:15 PM

Return to Cienega ETA 12:30 AM - social media will be updated during travel

Children 5 and under Free

Concessions available - students will be allowed access to concessions at band director discretion IF time permits. Boosters will provide snacks, your students are also encouraged to bring additional snacks as it will be a very long day!

If you have volunteered this season and have yet to enter your hours please do so - this gets reported to the school administration and we would like Cienega and the district to know how many hours this program takes and what amazing volunteers we have!
