Booster Update: BAND CAMP 2025

WELCOME BACK RETURNERS!

Band camp is less than one week away! This is a very exciting and tiring week for our band kids – whether it is their first year or their 4th! We need some volunteer help and a LOT of snacks to keep things running smoothly. This is a GREAT way for new families to get involved and see all the inner workings of the booster group and make some new band parent friends – we are about to spend a LOT of time together over the next few months!

Snack SignUP : Snacks sign ups are broken down by days but rest assured we have PLENTY of room so you can bring them ANY DAY!

This is also the “week of fees” between the fees you will pay to enroll your kids in high school and the marching booster fees.

  • Pay through the website using Zelle (no added fee!) or Square (admin fee included)
  • Print the form and include check, cash, credit card or indicate monthly payment plan (PLEASE send this in an envelope with your child’s first and last name on the front)
  • Print the Volunteer Fee Waiver form and include the rest of your payment using Zelle/Square/cash or check

Marching Shoes: All students are required to purchase their own shoes. The cost this year is $45. All new students will need to purchase shoes – information will be provided during camp when you have a uniform fitting. Returners only need to buy new shoes if their shoe size has changed in the past year. We will leave it to those members to choose if they want to sell their gently used shoes to a new member, but all students must communicate to Ms. Sulwen their plan at the time the shoe order is placed.
