Booster Meeting – Thursday 7/31 @ 6:00 PM in the choir room (All invited)
Meet Me in the Stands – Monday 8/4 @ 8:00 PM
Details: All marching band parents are invited to join us for Meet Me in the Stands for a review of ways to support the band this season. For those who are new to the program or to volunteering with the program, meet in the hall outside the band room at 8 PM and we will give you a quick tour of the uniform room and the cage so you are more familiar with where things are. We’ll then proceed to the Stands at 8:15 to talk about what is involved in volunteering, what to expect this season, answer any questions, hear from the band director, and watch the kids practice. Hope to see you there!

Wood fence pieces – needed for props
Snacks – Cheese-its, Goldfish, Rice Krispie Treats, cookies, chips, fruit snacks, granola bars. (Bring Thursday or Monday)
