Director’s Update: Finals Week!
We have (almost) made it! Here is the final Director’s Update of 2025:
Fine Arts Showcase: Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2025
- Marching Band Performs outside of the Student Union/200 Hallway at 5:30 pm
- Art Gallery opens at 5:35 pm
- Full Concert begins at 6:00 pm
- Call Time, Attire, and every other possible detail has been discussed at great length in every band/orchestra/guitar class over the last several weeks. If you ask your child about any of these details and they don’t know… yes, they do.
Arizona Cardinals vs. Atlanta Falcons: Sunday, December 21, 2025
There is a detailed itinerary attached below. Please read it carefully. I’m also attaching the maps I have been sent by The Cardinals.
- If you bought tickets: I’ll be emailing you your tickets starting on Wednesday of this week.
- What Section/Where is the Band sitting? Everyone is sitting together in SECTION 453
- What gate should we enter? Use gate 1
- Where do we park? The band has been instructed to park in the Black Lot. I have been told parents may park there too, but I am unsure of the parking fee for non-band vehicles.
- Where is the band performing before the game? We’ll be parading from the Gate 3 area to the gate 1 area and performing a short pep rally at the stage outside of Gate 1.
- State Farm Stadium has a clear bag policy. No band member may bring a backpack into the stadium or any other bag that does not adhere to the clear bag policy.
Knott’s Berry Farm:
- Reminder: We extended registration through this week and opened it to ALL instrumental music students. Please consider allowing your child to join us for the trip in April. It is a good opportunity to perform in a different environment and also to just celebrate a successful year in the program.
