Instrumental Music Program Fall Concert- Tuesday, October 14, 2025 @ 6:00 pm.
2026 Spring Trip Informational Meeting (Knotts Berry Farm, CA)- virtual meeting with Music Travel Consultants in late September (Date TBA soon)
Marching Band Information and Schedules
Lots of information below for events between now and Fall Break. Please save for future reference.
Week of 9/8-12/2025 Schedule
- Monday- 0 hour/6-9 pm rehearsal
- Tuesday- 0 hour rehearsal
- Wednesday- 0 hour rehearsal (indoors/music); Parent-Teacher Conferences
- Thursday- 0 hour rehearsal; NO sectionals due to half-day
- Friday- Away Game @ Ironwood Ridge High School (No show performance; stands only)
- Call time: 4:00 pm
- Boosters provide dinner: 4:15 pm
- Load Equipment trailer: 4:45 pm
- Buses depart: 5:15 pm
- Arrival/Unload/Warm-up: 6:15 pm
- Kick-off: 7:00 pm
- est. game end time: 9:30 pm
- est. arrival at CHS: 10:30 pm
- Dress code: 2025 Gold CTMB Shirt, Jeans, closed-toe shoes.

October 4th/Fall Break Mini Camp- CHANGE:
Several students/families have already reached out about a lack of availability to attend mini-camp on the last day of Fall Break. At this point, we feel a rehearsal on this day with so many people missing would be unproductive and would just result in having spend more time catching absentees up later. We are making the difficult decision to cancel this rehearsal day now. I apologize for those of you that built Fall Break plans around this date and hope this gives you enough time to extend your vacations/plans if necessary/desired.
