Concert Band & Orchestra Festival Itinerary at Eastern Arizona College in Thatcher, AZ on Wednesday, April 16, 2025:

8:00 am

Call-time; load bus

8:15 am

Depart for EAC

10:30 am

Arrive at EAC; Orchestra goes to registration, concert band watches orchestra.

11:30 am

Orchestra Performance

11:50 am

Orchestra performance concludes; band and orchestra walk to Gila Hank’s for lunch

1:30 pm

Return to theater for band performances

2:30 pm

Band unloads and reports to check-in

3:30 pm

Concert Band performance time

3:50 pm

Band performance concludes, load bus

4:00 pm

Return to CHS

6:15 pm

Arrive at CHS; unload & dismiss

 

Students need to bring: instrument, music, and all instrument accessories; money for lunch (apx. $20)

Attire is: concert black, formal.
