July 2022 Updates – Fees, Band Camp forms & Sign-Ups
Welcome to July! This month is Band Camp for Marching Band and Colorguard. Below you will find information from the fees, to the forms and the needs for camp.
Can you help us out?
Band Camp is an awesome and required event for all Marching Band and Colorguard members. It brings the members together. Especially with our planned trip in September. We need help with some snacks to help everyone make it through the day and volunteers. Our volunteer help can be for registration, helping with fittings, handing out lunch or just picking up lunch. Lots of opportunity.

Forms
It is super important we have your forms at band camp. We have plans for travel early in the year and need to coordinate and make sure all forms are done and handed them in. Also, SHIRT SIZES. on the form are shirt sizes and we need those right away for our new uniform pieces. You can download the forms here. Or come to band camp the first day and fill in a paper one. Please have them ready to drop off by student on the first day. Your Booster’s volunteers appreciate your help.

Fee Information
Yes, this year the Fees have increased. The Fees have not increased since 2004. In 2011, the Vail School District added their own fees to the Music Program at Cienega. The Boosters has created a budget that will require many fundraising events to cover costs for this year in order to implement as a small increase as possible. Boosters knows the cost of goods, gas, program needs and travel have increased in 18 and 11 years. They will make every effort to fundraise, ask for donations and work with families. Below you will find the information from Mr. Knox, the CIMP director. We appreciate your support.
