7:00 am- CALL TIME.
Rehearsal begins
8:30 am-
Rehearsal ends; loading begins
- Booster provided snack bag and lunch on the way to Pinnacle
9:30 am-
Bus Departs for Pinnacle High School
12:00 pm-
Arrive at Pinnacle
- Unload equipment trucks
- Change into uniform
- Go to Visual warm-up
1:12 pm-
Official Warm-up time slot
2:12 pm-
Performance time: Blackbird
2:30 pm-
Return to bus/trailers and load/change
~3:00 pm-
Return to the stadium to watch other bands
- Dinner on your own, bring $$ for concessions
- Back in the stands for the last 2 bands and awards.
9:30 pm-
Awards Begin
9:50 pm-
Return to bus
11:30 pm-
Apx. time of return arrival @ CHS
