Region Band/Orchestra/Choir Trip Itinerary & Details
Dear Families of Regional Participants,
I apologize if this is the first information you are getting regarding regionals at EAC this weekend. An update should have gone out last week, but it looks like it was not actually published on the website for some reason. Here it is again:
Itinerary for Regionals Festival at Eastern Arizona College (EAC)
Friday, February 14
5:45 am – Meet at Cienega High School and take attendance
6:00 am – Depart for EAC
8:00 am – Arrive at EAC
9:00 am – Rehearsals for all ensembles begin
1:00 pm – Lunch Break, we will be going to lunch off campus (students bring $)
2:30 pm – Rehearsals Resume at EACH
6:00 pm – Rehearsals end for all students
- Dinner and Group Activity on EAC campus with other schools (provided by school)
8:00 pm – check in to SpringHill Suites in Safford
9:00 pm – all students to their Hotel Rooms for the Night
Saturday, February 15
7:30 am – eat breakfast at Hotel (provided)
8:30 am – check out and depart Hotel for EAC with all belongings
9:00 am – rehearsals begin
1:00 pm – Lunch Break (students pre-pay $8 or $9)
2:00 pm – Concerts Begin
**Students should plan to go home with parents who attend the concerts.
**Please let us know if parents will not be attending.
4:30 pm – Bus leaves EAC for Cienega
6:30 pm – Bus arrives back at Cienega
