This week we travel.
Students in order to travel we need your forms turned in.
Marching band travels THIS WEEK! Please help us get these turned in this week. Medical Forms and Parent information is a MUST for travel. Please help our amazing volunteers move on to coordinating something then chasing forms. Get those forms turned in as soon as possible.

Yes we still have about 10 Marching band students. 3 are ColorGuard that do not have forms turned in. Please get them in by Thursday.
In case you missed it! There is NO Rehearsal on this Saturday after the Parade. The calendar is being updated.

Volunteer Needs
Sept 10th and Sept 11th
We have a few food spots and a few volunteer spots. We could use help with.

Please remember at pickup upon return.
Students are responsible for emptying the bus of any belongings, their instruments and music etc. When buses show, there may be a little more time before students are released. If you would like to help to assist in this process moving along faster, parent support is always appreciated.
Marching Band Show Shirts Are Here!
Will be to the students in time for the Buena travel game. Show Shirts are for wear under uniforms also along with gym/athletic shorts.
Thank you to the Bell family for coordinating the whole order of shirts and sorting for hand out! Amazing!
Booster Meeting
Booster Meetings are the 2nd Tuesday of the month and virtually. If you are able to attend, we appreciate the support and help. Link to come.

Football Concessions! - Oct. 15th
The CIMP program has its one night of football concessions on October 15th. The sign-up form is coming out soon. If you love love love to run that concession stand, we will need extra help that night to also run the snow cones. Please mark your calendars.
