First a huge Thank you to our volunteers who have devoted much time to organizing this trip and have spent hours on it and will spend hours on the bus with your favorite musician! They have given up their plans to spend the weekend with your student and we appreciate it. Thank you volunteers!

Snacks for the road trip

Help us to make sure students have snacks for the trip. Please sign-up today to assist. Historically, our volunteers have often taken money out of their pocket to purchase snacks for hungry students when we travel. And they would do it again and again without hesitation, but here is your chance to help them out before we leave with a snack donation.

Lodging

All students and trip chaperones will be staying at the following hotel for the night of Fri., 9/16. We will check out prior to heading to the competition on the morning of Sat., 9/17:

Meal Money

Meals will be provided for students thanks to our boosters and school administration during the following times:

• Friday (9/16) Dinner
• Saturday (9/17) Breakfast
• Saturday (9/17) Lunch

Students are expected to bring money for dining stops made en route to Las Cruces and returning to Vail. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to purchase merchandise/apparel from vendors at the show site when not in uniform, so please plan for appropriate spending allowances.

Note from BOA says – Bands of America is fully-digital with ticketing for all our  Championships. Guests purchase tickets in advance online, which are delivered by email to present on their mobile device for scanning on-site or print-at-home. Tickets purchased at the ticket window on-site on the event day are a higher price. Please encourage your supporters to order in advance, skip the ticket window line, and save!
