Show Shirt Purchase for Parents
You will be receiving a link in the next few days to purchase shirts for the parents. There will be a one-week order window. Please follow our social media or our website to not miss this short window of opportunity. Show your pride in the CIMP and our musicians. We stand out at competitions when we show up in our show shirts! It has even been commented on at competitions to our parents how many of us are there to support our musicians. Let’s stand out and grab your show shirt. Watch for the link sending out soon.
Volunteers
We need your help every week of Marching Season. Please take a moment to see where you can help. All the sign-ups are here. If you volunteer on the regular for assisting the band onto the field, please consider it for competitions as well. The students are timed at competitions going on and off the field and can’t miss their window. Having practiced parent support is helpful. And we are grateful. Fundraising
The budget for the year is supported by boosters, but more than half of the budget is dependent on year-to-year fundraising. We would like all of our students to have the opportunity to play music and experience all that we can offer. Please support our program thought Az state Tax credit. Booster Club Donations and Gifting. Small Business/Corporate sponsorships. And all the fun fundraising we do throughout the year. More information to come on our fundraising page.

Popcorn Fundraiser

There will be popcorn at the Aug 22nd meet us in the stands parent meetup.
This popcorn fundraiser supports a local Tucson business. Please share with everyone anywhere and popcorn will ship directly to them.
Save the date for our community showcase –
Sat., 9/10 from 6-7pm – Invite everyone in the community and give our band the chance to play for an audience before the competition. Mark your calendars. More details to come, but we will need you the audience!
