Director’s Notes: Nov. 13-17, 2023

What a great weekend for our marching band! A quick recap of their success at AA AzMBA Championships; out of 26 bands:

Silver Medalists in AA Championship

High Visual Effect Award

2nd place percussion 

3rd place color guard

New School Record: 84.5, highest score in the band's history by 5.5 points.

Now, it's time to shift gears a little bit. Monday night we have our annual fall concert. Here's what this week looks like:

Monday- Fall Concert; starts at 6:30 pm; call time varies depending on ensemble and was directed in class

Tuesday- Rest Day; Macy's Band participants recognized at board meeting

Wednesday- half day; rest day pt. 2

Thursday- Pep band audition music goes live

Friday- No Scheduled Events
