Away Football at Catalina Foothills (9/2)

4:15 PM | CALL TIME. Students will arrive at the band room to eat early dinner.

5:00 PM |Load Instruments onto underneath compartments of bus.

5:15 PM | Depart for Catalina Foothills HS (Tucson, AZ)

6:00 PM | Estimated Time of Arrival at Catalina Foothills HS & Unload

6:20 PM | Winds/Battery Warmup

7:00 PM | Kickoff. GO BOBCATS!!

~ 8:15 PM* | Halftime. If Catalina Foothills HS performs, we will watch their performance together.

~ 8:30 PM* | “Meet the Band” with Catalina Foothills HS Marching Band

~9:30 PM* | End of Game & Departure

~10:30 PM* | Estimated Time of Arrival & Dismissal at Cienega HS

Additional Notes/Details

  • Performing in the stands only
  • Attire: Cienega Shirt + black athletic shorts:
    • Your choice of sock/shoe, but must be athletic, close-toed shoes.
  • “Meet the band” w/ Catalina Foothills during halftime or 3rd quarter (location TBD)
  • Students will be permitted to visit concessions with remaining time during halftime or the 3rd quarter (bring money)
