Away Football at Ironwood Ridge (10/21)

4:00 PM | CALL TIME. Students will arrive at the band room to eat early dinner.

4:45 PM | Depart for Ironwood Ridge HS (Oro Valley, AZ)

5:45 PM | Estimated Time of Arrival at Ironwood Ridge HS & Unload

6:00 PM | Warmup

6:30 PM | Staged for pregame performance entrance (Side 2 entrance)

6:36 PM | Enter field

6:40 PM | Performance w/ fight song off field (back sideline)

7:00 PM | Kickoff. GO BOBCATS!!

~ 8:15 PM* | Halftime. We will make our way over to the home stands to watch Ironwood Ridge’s performance

~ 8:30 PM* | “Meet the Band” with Ironwood Ridge HS Marching Band (during 3rd quarter)

~9:30 PM* | End of Game & Departure

~11:00 PM* | Estimated Time of Arrival & Dismissal at Cienega HS

Performing Mvt. 1 & 2 marching; Mvt. 3 in up to set 60 or 65 (rest music only)
Attire: New marching uniformsShow shirt underneath uniform
- No hair coloring/dye
- Gym shorts/compression shorts
- Shako wraps in garment bags
- Tall black socks
“Meet the band” w/ Ironwood Ridge during halftime or 3rd quarter (location TBD)
No concessions access (due to wearing uniforms)
