REHEARSAL SCHEDULE CHANGE FOR 9/18/23

Dear Families,

After consulting with the band members, we have all agreed to move Monday night rehearsal of next week (9/18/2023) to Tuesday night (9/19/2023). Rehearsal times will remain the same.

This change is in response to the choir concert on Monday night of that week. We would be missing about 20 band members who are all participating in the choir concert.

With next week being the first competition week of the season, we felt it was crucial to adapt and find time for the whole band to get as much meaningful rehearsal time as possible. I apologize in advance for the inconvenience of the schedule change and thank you all for your flexibility.

Students with scheduling conflicts spoke with me this morning and we have either made alternative arrangements or they have been excused from Tuesday's rehearsal. Please feel free to contact me directly with any issues I am not aware of already.
