Hello everyone,

Taking a moment to send out important dates to add to your calendar. (I will be updating the CIMP calendar on the website/ and the connection if you have it delivered right to your phone calendars this week. )

I anticipate emails will be coming out on the regular to help keep items organized. Also, these items will be published on the cienegaimp.com website. Thank you for keeping up with the help and needs for information.

Fundraiser – Please help us support the instrumental music program and have a final push for donations. The student musicians appreciate your support.

Senior Signing Day

On Monday, April 11 from 6-8pm, we will be holding a “signing day” for the seniors. This will be an open house event in the band/orchestra room where each of the seniors will have a photo op with your families while “signing” a commitment to your next chapter. Additionally, light refreshments will be served. This event is optional, but we would certainly like to recognize each of you.

Please prepare the following for this event:

  • Signup for a time here (5 minute intervals, first come first serve): https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0d4da4ad2fa5f8c61-senior
  • Acquire a hat and/or tshirt of an item representing your next commitment (e.g.: college logo, job logo shirt, armed forces logo shirt, etc.)
  • Save a document (e.g.: scholarship letter, admission letter, job contract, blank piece of paper) that will act as the symbol of you “committing” to the next step.
  • If you are still undecided on what’s next, that is okay! You can use this event to decide/announce, or just hangout and support your peers.
